Necessity of energy management corporations introduced to heating field

Briefly presents the development of energy management corporations (EMC) in Europe and their functions in heat metering and charging. Summaries the experimental experience of an energy management corporation in China in residence quarters for three years. Considers that EMC plays an important role in enhancing building energy efficiency.
